We are currently in search of Solmate Technician  for Soltec North America.

Your goal will be provide remote and onsite technical support to our clients.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING

The Solmate technician will be delivering first-class customer service and creating client engagement.

Main responsibilities

-Manage incidents and claims through our helpdesk platform.
-Troubleshoot electronic, communication and mechanical incidents.
-Repair or replace electronic or communication devices.
-Conduct maintenance of equipment.
-Supervise subcontractors.
-Manage warranty claims.
-Regular commutes to onsite locations within the State of ME will be required. Occasional trips to plants out of the State.
-Monitoring of alarms and events

Qualifications

• Certified trade school in Electronics, Instrumentation, Renewables.
  
• Proficiency in English is required. Bilingual skills in Spanish may be advantageous for communication with diverse teams and customers.
• 1-2 years of experience in technical support or customer service roles, preferably in the renewable energy industry. (Not exclusive)
• Electronics, instrumentation, low voltage. Desired: Basic electrical and mechanical experience.
  
• Great communication skills. Experience providing customer support.
